Thaddeus Metal Marble Rectangular Dining Table Hand-Forged Kitchen Table

Inspired by the sculptural works of Salvador Dalí and Diego Giacometti, our collection by Julie Lawrence merges the rustic sensibility of hand-forged solid brass or solid stainless steel with cool Italian Carrara marble. Employing an ancient fabrication process, artisans hand hammer the metal bars to reveal an alive, imperfect and organic texture. The pounded, tapered silhouettes are a rich counterpoint to the smooth, honed stone.

• Marble top is finished in an intensive, multistep process for a weathered patina that highlights the stone’s distinctive vein patterning
• Frame is forged of solid brass or solid stainless steel and hammered by hand
• Forged Brass finish is crafted of solid brass; Forged Bronze finish is crafted of patinated solid brass; Forged Pewter finish is crafted of solid stainless steel
• This item is artisan crafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the metal work are to be expected and celebrated.
